What is the minimum order? ▾
A pallet — 25 pieces of one size. That is where the wholesale side starts. Below that, the retail store sells single pieces, and oversized runs go at a three-piece minimum, mixed with other oversized pieces. There is no minimum to open the account and no annual quota to keep it.
Will you undercut my price online? ▾
No. Our public retail price stays at or above the big-box shelf, so you can see exactly what a consumer pays and price above your cost with confidence. Your own pallet price is not published anywhere — it sits behind your account.
Who pays freight, and can I collect? ▾
Pickup is free at all three warehouses on pallet sizes — bring a vehicle that takes a 12 ft slab, or we load your carrier. Delivered orders travel LTL on one bill for the order, rated by lane.
Can I buy tax-exempt? ▾
Yes, once your resale or sales-tax certificate is on file. You can open the account first and send the certificate before your first tax-exempt invoice.
What documents do you provide? ▾
FSC® chain-of-custody certificate FSC-C177816, the SGS product test report, and a spec sheet for every size. All downloadable before you apply.
Do you protect territories? ▾
We talk to you before signing another dealer in your area. It is a conversation and a written understanding, not a blanket exclusivity promise we cannot keep.
