Delivery is included in the price
Every price on gridwoodsupply.com already includes delivery to your address in the 48 contiguous United States. Nothing is added for shipping at checkout.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the United States. If you need delivery somewhere else, contact us before you order.
Freight deliveries (oversized pieces and pallets) cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
Processing time
In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours (business days) of the order being placed. If an item on your order is not in stock, we will contact you before it ships.
How your order travels
- Boxed sizes (shelves, washer tops and standard countertops) ship by parcel carrier to your door and arrive in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Oversized pieces (long countertops and islands) travel by LTL freight, curbside, and arrive in 5–8 business days after dispatch. The carrier calls to book a delivery window. Liftgate service is available on request — ask us when you order.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Wholesale and dealer orders
Approved wholesale accounts can collect by appointment at our warehouses or receive pallet and LTL deliveries. Freight, pickup terms and lead times for dealer purchase orders are confirmed by your account desk with each order.
When your order arrives
Please open the box or unwrap the pallet before the driver leaves. Check the corners and the ends first — that is where freight damage shows.
If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery bill and send us photos within 48 hours of delivery at sales@gridwoodsupply.com. We replace the piece. We do not ask you to ship a damaged top back before we send the replacement.
Wrong or missing items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at our cost.
