Container & private label programs
Container and private-label programs go to our senior desk, because the price depends on spec, volume, label and sailing schedule together — not on a rate card.
Call window — 08:00 to 11:00 ET, which is 19:00 to 22:00 in Vietnam. That overlap is where a live conversation actually works. Outside it, email is faster than waiting: a note sent during your afternoon is normally answered before you open the next morning. We reply to every program email within one business day.

Your quotes

Every quote carries the date it expires. FOB prices and ocean freight move, so a quote without an expiry would not be worth the paper.

Your specification

Species, length, width, thickness, edge profile and finish to your drawing — including sizes we do not stock, like 15/16″ table tops and narrow shelves.

Your label

Private-label packaging, barcodes and inserts applied at the factory. Country of origin stated on every carton, as the law requires.

Our stock as your buffer

Standard sizes out of GA, CA and TX cover demand between your containers, so a slipped sailing does not empty your shelf.

How a program runs

We agree the spec and the annual volume, then schedule sailings against your selling season. Terms are FOB our port, or FTL from our U.S. warehouse if you would rather buy landed.

Production is 14 days plus transit — roughly 30 days to the West Coast, 45 to Texas and the Midwest, and 55 to Georgia and the East Coast. We plan the order dates backwards from the date you need it on the floor.

  • An annual volume estimate — it does not have to be a commitment

  • The date you want it on the shelf
