Delivery & care
How your top travels, what to check when it lands, and how to cut, seal and look after it.
How it ships
Boxed · single pieces
Parcel carrier, 3–5 business days to the door, delivery included in the price. They ship from our fulfilment network, so there is nothing to arrange and nothing to add at checkout.
Freight · oversized
LTL, curbside, 5–8 business days, minimum 3 oversized pieces in any mix, delivery included in the price. Liftgate on request and a call to book a window. Freight cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses — if you need delivery somewhere else, contact us before you order.
When it arrives
What to check on arrival
Open the box or unwrap the pallet before the driver leaves. Look at the corners and the ends first — that is where freight damage shows.
If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery bill before you sign, then photograph it. That note is what makes a claim straightforward.
If something is wrong
Send photos within 48 hours to our support desk and we replace the piece. We do not ask you to ship a damaged top back before we send the replacement.
Unused, uncut tops in their original condition — factory-finished ones included — can be returned within 30 days — the full terms are in our refund policy.
Returns
Unused, uncut tops in their original condition — factory-finished ones included — can be returned within 30 days. Once you have cut, oiled or stained a top it is yours — it has become a custom piece.
Return freight on a change of mind is the customer's; return freight on our error is ours.
