Refund policy

30-day returns
Unused, uncut tops in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This includes tops that leave our factory already oiled or UV-finished. The item must be in the condition you received it, with proof of purchase. Once you have cut, drilled, oiled, stained or installed a top, it has become a custom piece and cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email sales@gridwoodsupply.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a confirmed return request cannot be accepted.
Return freight
- Change of mind: the return freight is paid by the customer.
- Our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit): the return freight is ours.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery bill and send photos within 48 hours to sales@gridwoodsupply.com. We replace the piece, and we do not ask you to ship a damaged top back before we send the replacement. See our Shipping Policy: https://gridwoodsupply.com/policies/shipping-policy
Non-returnable items
- Products you have cut, drilled, oiled, stained or installed (factory-finished tops in their original condition can be returned)
- Special orders and custom sizes
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or species is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post the refund.
