A pallet — 25 pieces of one size. That is where the wholesale side starts. Below that, the retail store sells single pieces, and oversized runs go at a three-piece minimum, mixed with other oversized pieces. There is no minimum to open the account and no annual quota to keep it.

No. Our public retail price stays at or above the big-box shelf, so you can see exactly what a consumer pays. Your pallet price is not published anywhere — it sits behind your account.

Pickup is free at all three warehouses on pallet sizes. Delivered orders travel LTL on one bill for the order, rated by lane — the rates are on your account page once you are signed in.

Yes, once your resale or sales-tax certificate is on file. Open the account first and send the certificate before your first tax-exempt invoice.

The same working day in almost every case. You get a named contact, not a ticket number.

Yes, on a container program — including 15/16″ table tops and narrow shelves. Production is 14 days plus transit.

14 days production plus transit: roughly 30 days to the West Coast, 45 to Texas and the Midwest, and 55 to Georgia and the East Coast. We plan order dates backwards from your on-shelf date.
